LOS PRADOS WOMEN’S CLUB LUNCHEON RESERVATIONS GUIDELINES

• Our luncheons are held in the Los Prados Clubhouse on the 2nd Friday of each month. The cost of the luncheon for members is $28.00; for guests, $33.00.
• All reservations must be submitted via this website (see below) or by calling or texting Diana Heil at (254) 368-5673. These are the only two ways to make a (valid and accepted) reservation.
• Reservations and/or cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month.
• If you are on the Permanent List, your reservation is made automatically each month, and you must cancel no later than 6:00 pm on the Friday before the luncheon or be charged for the full amount.

Cancellations after 6:00 pm on the Friday BEFORE the luncheon will be charged for the full cost of the luncheon, as the LPWC will be charged for your lunch after that date. Please contact Diana Heil with all cancellations.

If you'd like to be removed from the Permanent List, please contact Gina Komaroff (ginakomaroff@comcast.net). Otherwise, we'll look forward to seeing you at the luncheons ... your reservation is automatic! Please note: the Los Prados restaurant and golf course are closed in September, and we will not have a luncheon for the month.
