LOS PRADOS WOMEN’S CLUB LUNCHEON RESERVATIONS GUIDELINES

Per the request of the Food and Beverage Department at the Los Prados Community Center, we must provide them with an attendee count on the Friday prior to the luncheon. The following are the Luncheon Reservation Requirements:

• All reservations and/or cancellations must be submitted either via lpwc-online.com or by calling or texting Diana Heil at (254) 368-5673.  Any reservation or cancellation made outside of the website or without going through Diana Heil will not be accepted.
• Reservations and/or cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month (except for September).
• If you are a member of the Permanent List, you must cancel the reservation no later than 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month (except for September).

If you miss this deadline, we will keep 5 extra seats available. These seats are on a first come, first served basis.  Any reservations for these seats must be made no later Monday at 6:00 pm prior to the luncheon.  Once these 5 seats have been taken, we will no longer be taking reservations for the monthly luncheon.  Please contact Diana Heil.

Also, please note any cancellations after 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month (except September) will be charged 100% of the cost of the luncheon.  We have provided the Food and Beverage Department with the count at 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month (except September).  Since we have paid for that lunch, we must, accordingly, charge our member and/or guest for the cancelled lunch.  Please let Diana Heil know of any cancellations.

It is not our intention to turn away members for lunch but to provide an accurate attendee count to the Food and Beverage Department to meet their deadline.

While we can appreciate the fact that no one can expect to become ill on the day or the days before the luncheon, we do hope you understand that we have paid for that lunch and need to be reimbursed.  Monies unpaid for unattended luncheons means less money we can provide to charities.

Lastly, if any member wants to be put on or removed from the Permanent Guest List, please send an email to Gina Komaroff (ginakomaroff@comcast.net).  She will update the list and disseminate the information accordingly.  Please remember that if you are on the Permanent Guest List and cannot attend the luncheon you must cancel with Diana Heil no later than 6:00 pm on the 1st Friday of every month (except September).
